ENTRANCE TICKETS

Please note that entrance tickets are not included within the photography price. It is encouraged to purchase your entrance tickets online via the Hitchin Lavender website, although tickets can be purchased on site on the day.

ARRIVAL

It is really important that you arrive on time for your session. Please arrive 10 minutes before your session start time and wait by the Norfolk Hospice marquee for Harley to come and meet you. If you need to contact Harley on the morning of your photo shoot for any reason, please email harleyskyephotography@gmail.com. Similarly, please keep an eye on your emails just in case I need to contact you.

ATTENDEES

Please let other friends and family know they should not attend your session. If you'd like more family members to be included in your shoot, then two back to back sessions should be booked. Harley Skye Photography has the right to ask those not included in the shoot to leave until your shoot is finished.

WHAT TO WEAR

The most important thing to remember when deciding what to wear for your photo shoot is choosing something that you 100% feel comfortable in. There is nothing worse than having photos taken and feeling uncomfortable in your clothing, as this will stop you from enjoying your experience.

My photography style is light and airy, so I would suggest wearing lighter colours such as whites, pastels and/or denim to your photo shoot. It's also great to wear similar colours, tones and fabrics as your family to compliment each other and ensure the overall image looks coherent. I would personally tend to avoid bright colours, logos or black/dark clothing, as these can sometimes be quite distracting.

HAVE FUN!

I’m there to capture you having fun and create memories of a beautiful day. Don’t think of it as a photoshoot, think of it as a few minutes of uninterrupted time with your family or loved one without distractions.

Relaxed families = beautiful photos.

ENJOY THE lavender

After your mini session is complete, you are welcome to enjoy the lavender fields on your own for as long as you like.
